Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to PostReply Social, operated by Sunshing Network Pte. Ltd. ("PostReply", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and all activity under your account. If you use Google or Facebook login, that provider's terms also apply. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

The service

PostReply provides social media planning, AI-assisted content creation, team review, scheduling, publishing, automation and reporting tools. Features and supported networks may change as third-party platforms change. You remain responsible for reviewing content, audience, timing, permissions and legal compliance before publication.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PostReply a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have authority to connect each social account and to use and publish the content you provide. Your use of connected networks must comply with their terms and policies.

AI-assisted features

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. It is generated from your instructions and may be processed by configured AI providers. You must review output before relying on or publishing it. PostReply does not guarantee that AI output is unique, error-free or legally compliant.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights; send spam or deceptive content; harass others; distribute malware; bypass limits or security; scrape or reverse engineer the service unlawfully; or access accounts without authorization. We may restrict activity that threatens users, PostReply or third-party platforms.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Plan features, prices, billing periods and any usage limits are shown at purchase. You authorize the selected payment method for applicable charges and taxes. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse a completed billing period; refunds are handled according to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

Availability and third parties

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Google, Facebook, other social networks, payment processors and AI providers are independent third parties. Their outages, policy changes and account decisions may affect PostReply features and are outside our control.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment or legal requirements. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Account and data deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. PostReply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or third-party platform actions. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid PostReply during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Questions may be sent to support@getpostreply.com or Sunshing Network Pte.
