PostReply Social for small agencies

Manage each client's social content from plan to published post

Bring client channels, drafts, internal review and scheduled publishing into one repeatable workflow. Check what published, what failed and what to prepare next week.

Start in your agency workspace: connect one client's publishing accounts and arrange a real week of content. Available channels, member seats and automation limits depend on the plan you choose.

An example working week

A repeatable workflow for each client

The example below is a workflow illustration, not a customer result. Use account selection, campaigns and labels to keep each client's content distinct inside your workspace.

Client A · Neighborhood café

Prepare two menu updates as drafts for the café's connected accounts. Add the café campaign and label so the team can find them again next week.

Client B · Local studio

Select the studio's accounts and import a small launch batch as drafts. Open each draft in the calendar to review its caption; an internal review starts when a member without direct publishing access requests scheduling.

  1. 01 · Plan

Choose the accounts and calendar slots

Set up the connected channels for one client. Organize the week's campaign, dates and labels before creating posts.

  2. 02 · Prepare

Make drafts you can actually publish

Write and adapt captions with AI assistance, reuse media, or import a CSV batch. Choose each post's destinations and timing.

  3. 03 · Review and publish

Keep the team review inside the workflow

Assign workspace access, submit posts for internal review, make revisions and schedule approved content. Then check the actual publishing status.

  4. 04 · Repeat

Use results to prepare the next week

Review upcoming, published and failed posts, open available published links, and compare publishing volume by campaign, label or platform.

Check the fit before you move a client

  • Review the number of connected accounts and team members in each plan for your actual client mix.
  • Post review is for members in your workspace. An external, no-login client approval portal is not part of this workflow.
  • Reporting covers publishing status and available campaign, label and platform counts. It does not imply advertising ROI attribution or a white-label client report.
  • CSV import and RSS feeds solve different jobs: batches you prepare versus new articles arriving from a feed.

Start with one client's next real post

Connect the accounts, prepare the draft, finish the review and check the publishing result. Then make the process repeatable for the rest of your clients.
