Page content
Effective date: 10 October 2026
PostReply Social is operated by Sunshing Network Pte. Ltd. ("PostReply", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use getpostreply.com and the PostReply Social service.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, username, email address, profile image, language, time zone and authentication details.
- Third-party login information: when you choose Google or Facebook login, we receive the provider's user identifier and the basic profile information you approve. For Google this is limited to OpenID, email and profile. For Facebook this is limited to public profile and email.
- Workspace and content data: teams, connected social accounts, drafts, media, approvals, schedules, campaigns and publishing history that you create or connect.
- Payment and support data: plan, transaction and billing references, manual-payment evidence, support requests and related communications. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by PostReply.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, security events and service usage logs.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide collaboration, content creation, scheduling, publishing, reporting, billing and support; operate AI-assisted features at your request; prevent abuse; maintain the service; and comply with law. Google and Facebook login data is used to authenticate your account. Login permissions alone do not authorize PostReply to publish to your social profiles.
Google Drive file import
Google Drive import is optional and separate from Google sign-in. When you choose to import, we request the drive.file permission and use Google Picker so you can select the specific files to make available to PostReply. This permission is limited to files you use with this app; it does not grant access to all files in your Drive. The import reads the selected file's identifier, name, type, size and contents, and uses your Google access token to download or export that file. This import flow does not edit or delete the original file in Google Drive.
An imported copy and its file metadata are stored in your PostReply file library, with the infrastructure providers that operate our storage, so you can use it in the content and publishing workflows you choose. Workspace access follows applicable roles; content is sent to a connected social service when you direct PostReply to publish it. The retention and security provisions above also apply to imported copies. You can delete an imported copy from the file library or request deletion at support@getpostreply.com. Revoking Google access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete copies already imported into PostReply or content already published to other services. Deleting the PostReply copy does not delete your original Drive file.
Google API data and Limited Use
PostReply Social uses and transfers information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. These requirements apply to Google sign-in information and files selected with Google Picker, and take precedence over broader descriptions of sharing elsewhere in this policy.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed with infrastructure, security, analytics, payment and AI service providers; with social networks when you direct PostReply to connect or publish; with your workspace members according to their roles; or when required by law, safety or a business transfer. Each third-party service processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and security
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, dispute resolution, legal obligations and backups. Retention periods vary by data type. We use access controls, encryption in transit and other administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update available profile settings, disconnect connected services, revoke PostReply access in Google or Facebook, or contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
Account and data deletion
To request deletion, email support@getpostreply.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject Data deletion request . Include your PostReply username and identify any connected workspace that should be deleted. We will verify the request, disconnect provider identities and connected social accounts, and delete or anonymize eligible account and workspace data. We will confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained. You can also remove PostReply from your Google or Facebook connected-app settings; this stops future login access but does not by itself delete your PostReply account.
International use and children
PostReply and its service providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards. The service is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@getpostreply.com or Sunshing Network Pte. Ltd., 12 Woodlands Square #15-78, Singapore 737715.
Microsoft sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Microsoft when this option is available, PostReply will request only the basic identity scopes openid, profile and email. We will use a stable sign-in identifier, your name and your email address if Microsoft provides it to authenticate and associate your Microsoft sign-in with your PostReply account. A Microsoft email claim does not verify ownership of your PostReply contact email; a new account's contact email will be verified separately before the account and sign-in link are created. We will not request access to your Microsoft mail, files or contacts, and we will not store Microsoft ID tokens or access tokens. To request removal of your PostReply account or its associated Microsoft sign-in link, contact support@getpostreply.com.
